Sorry, we do not offer spoken only Malayalam classes. Ours is a holistic approach of learning the language and hence our classes starts with reading writing and eventually to spoken Malayalam.

We can decide that based on an assessment. If the results are satisfactory as per our LEVEL 1 learning outcome the child can join LEVEL 2 classes directly.

Before starting the regular sessions make sure you have a high speed internet connectivity. You will also be given the detailed class prep instructions upon enrolment confirmation which need to be kept ready before the regular class start.

Yes we do provide learning materials as part of the classes. These will be provided based on the learning needs of each child at the appropriate learning levels. Formats can be worksheets, readers, audio visual contents etc . Currently we are not shipping our sought after learning kit due to Covid restrictions.

No need to have one.

You can inform 24hours prior to the scheduled session for any cancellations to avoid charges.

If tutor cancels the session, supplement teachers may cover if necessary. Alternatively we arrange rescheduling of the cancelled session at a mutually convenient time.

In case our connection is lost we arrange another session to compensate the missed lesson. For example if you lost 10minutes of the session due to our connectivity issues we will add 10minutes to your next session. Please note that we are not responsible for technical issues at your end.

The timeslots for your sessions are as agreed between you and Akshharam®. We always find a day and timeslot convenient to your geographical location.

Minimum of 2 sessions per week and a maximum of 4 sessions during school holiday times.
